Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you book a transfer, why we need it, and the rights you have over it.
Last updated: August 2026
01Data we collect
We only collect the information needed to carry out your transfer and to contact you about it.
- Your name, email address and telephone number.
- Pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time.
- Flight or ferry number, passenger and luggage counts.
- Any special requests you choose to share, such as a child seat.
02How we use your data
- To confirm, plan and carry out your reservation.
- To pass the necessary pickup details to the assigned driver.
- To contact you about changes, delays or questions relating to your journey.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations.
03Legal basis
We process reservation data because it is necessary to perform the transport contract you have entered into with us. Where we rely on your consent, such as for optional marketing messages, you may withdraw it at any time.
04Sharing your data
We share your details only with the driver assigned to your journey and with service providers that operate the website, handle payments and send booking confirmations. We do not sell your personal data.
05Retention
Reservation records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy the retention periods required by Greek accounting and tax law. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
06Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to certain processing, or ask us to restrict it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our contact page.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
07Security
The website is served over HTTPS and access to reservation data is limited to the people who need it to deliver your transfer. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems.
