Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the basis on which we accept and carry out private transfer reservations.
Last updated: August 2026
01Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once we have sent you a written confirmation by email. Requests submitted through the website are treated as enquiries until that confirmation is issued.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details, travel dates, times and passenger numbers. Incorrect information may prevent us from completing the transfer.
02Prices
Prices quoted for a stated route, vehicle class and passenger count are fixed and include all tolls, taxes, luggage and the driver's time.
- Additional stops requested during the journey may be charged separately.
- A change of destination after departure is treated as a new journey and repriced.
- Prices shown on the website are indicative until a written confirmation is issued.
03Waiting time
For airport arrivals we monitor your flight and include a period of free waiting time from the actual landing time. For all other pickups a shorter grace period applies, after which waiting time may be charged in increments.
04Luggage
Each vehicle class has a stated luggage capacity. Oversized items such as bicycles, golf bags, surfboards or wheelchairs must be declared at the time of booking so that a suitable vehicle is assigned.
We may decline to carry luggage that exceeds the declared capacity or cannot be transported safely.
05Passenger conduct and safety
- Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
- Children must travel in an appropriate restraint; child seats are available on request.
- Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
- The driver may end a journey where a passenger's behaviour presents a risk to safety.
06Cancellations
Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
07Liability
We carry the insurance required for licensed passenger transport in Greece. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, strikes, road closures, accidents causing exceptional traffic, or flight schedule changes.
We are not responsible for missed onward flights, ferries or connections where the delay is caused by such circumstances.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
This document is a template prepared for the initial launch of the website and does not yet constitute final legal advice. Company registration details, VAT number and the governing legal entity should be reviewed and inserted before the site goes live.
